The Hotel accepts Master, Visa, American Express and Maestro Card payment. We also accept BACS and Faster payment method. However, please contact the hotel before you make the reservation.For a security purpose and to prevent the fraud transactions, please be aware you will be asked to present your Credit or Debit Card with photo ID upon arrival to allow us to verify the provided payment details, without this you won't be any access inside the hotel and the payment for the whole stay will not be refunded.
Breakfast is not included in your Room Rate. However, there are many restaurants around the hotels who serve the English and Continental Breakfast. Please contact our reception desk if your require any information.
Check in time is 03:00 pm and Check Out time is 11:00 am. Please note there is no Elevator inside the hotel. However, to help with your luggages, our porter services are available from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.
The General Booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours or 2 days before the arrival and no fee will be charged. However, if it is cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the stay will be charged.
In case of Non-Refundable or any offers attached to the booking, the full price of the whole stay will be charged on the date of the booking and it will not be refunded and modified in any case.
The Luggage can be stored, if required, for up to 3 hours after the departure in secure area, but it is left at your own risk and hotel will not take any responsibility of missing or lost item.
The hotel doesn't have its own car parking facility. However, the customer can use the local street car park or Westfield shopping centre Car Park or West 12 Centre Car Park, on their own risk. (Charges Apply).
